When booking a city tour, the contact details required for the booking such as name, address, telephone number, email are recorded electronically and used exclusively for the purposes of the city tour product. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on or sold to third parties. Passing on the data to third parties is only permitted if the contractor is required to do so by law, e.g. when requested by a law enforcement authority or to enforce claims within the scope of the contractual relationship (collection measures).

The use by third parties of the contact details published in the imprint or similar on the website, such as postal address, telephone number and email address, to transmit information not expressly requested is not permitted. We reserve the right to take legal action against the sender if this ban is violated.
